Regular Chromcraft products are well made and inspected before leaving our factory. We provide a 1-year warranty against all manufacturing defects. The return process may vary due to the high shipping cost. Please call 662-612-3856 if you need to return your product. One of our customer service representatives will guide you through the process. Please be aware that there will be a 50% restocking fee on any custom-made products. Overstock products will require a 10% restocking fee plus shipping cost. All returns can be requested 30 days from the date of delivery.
