  • Custom-made products: A 50% restocking fee applies.
  • Overstock products: A 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs applies.
  • Return window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Kiddoz Couch

Due to the nature of how the Kiddoz Couch is packaged and shipped, returns cannot be accepted unless the box has not been opened. The product must remain sealed in its original plastic wrapping and box.
