Regular Chromcraft products are well made and inspected before leaving our factory. We provide a 1-year warranty against all manufacturing defects. The return process may vary due to the high shipping cost. Please call 662-612-3856 if you need to return your product. One of our customer service representatives will guide you through the process. Please be aware that there will be a 50% restocking fee on any custom-made products. Overstock products will require a 10% restocking fee plus shipping cost. All returns can be requested 30 days from the date of delivery.
Due to the Nature of the Way Our Kiddoz Couch is Packed and Shipped, We Cannot Accept Returns Unless the Box is not Opened. It Must Still Be Sealed in its Original Plastic Wrap and Box. If in Fact It Has Not Been Opened, Please Email info@chromcraftcorp.com and We Will Walk You Through the Process of Making the Return.
