Regular Chromcraft products are well made and inspected before leaving our factory. We provide a 1-year warranty against all manufacturing defects. The return process may vary due to the high shipping cost. Please call 662-612-3856 if you need to return your product. One of our customer service representatives will guide you through the process. Please be aware that there will be a 50% restocking fee on any custom-made products. Overstock products will require a 10% restocking fee plus shipping cost. All returns can be requested 30 days from the date of delivery.

Kiddoz Couch

Due to the Nature of the Way Our Kiddoz Couch is Packed and Shipped, We Cannot Accept Returns Unless the Box is not Opened. It Must Still Be Sealed in its Original Plastic Wrap and Box. If in Fact It Has Not Been Opened, Please Email info@chromcraftcorp.com and We Will Walk You Through the Process of Making the Return.

If You Have an Issue or Defect, It Must be Reported Immediately and Not More Than 24 Hours After it is Delivered To you. Send an Email to info@chromcraftcorp.com. You Will be Directed to Procedures to Help with Your Issues Which Will Include a Brief Statement From you as to What the Issues or Defects are, as Well As Multiple Pictures of Your Issues or Defect. Our Customer Service Team Will Assess the Information and Get Back to You As Soon As Possible.
