If in Fact It Has Not Been Opened, Please Email kiddozhelp@KiddozCouch.com and We Will Walk You Through the Process on How to Make the Return.
If You Have an Issue or Defect, It Must be Reported Immediately and Not More Than 24 Hours After it is Delivered To you. Send an Email to kiddozhelp@KiddozCouch.com. You Will be Directed on Procedures to Help with Your Issues Which Will Include a Brief Statement From you as to What the Issues or Defect are, as Well As Multiple Pictures of Your Issues or Defect. Our Customer Service Team Will Assess the Information and Get Back to You As Soon As Possible.
